Isabel Serra: La ciudad y sus habitantes...

Nos presenta sus diversos proyectos, construyendo una "Ciudad Ideal", desde la visión de la sociedad actual. Unas veces inunda la obra de entramados urbanos y otras entremezcla sus miedos a modo de juegos infantiles, donde el espectador puede participar para modificar sus piezas. La urbe es el hilo conductor de su obra, sus personajes de vez en cuando son transformados en insectos, otras representados con sus carencias o incluso están más presentes con su propia ausencia.

She presents us her diverse projects, building an “Ideal City”, from the vision/perspective of today´s society. On some occasions inundating her work with urban surroundings and on others intermixing her fears by the way of childish games in which the spectator can interfere with the work and modify it´s pieces/elements. The city is the guideline in her work, her characters are sometimes transformed into insects and sometimes represented with their handicaps or even become more visible through their absence.
